Attention Warcraft, Starcraft, and Diablo fans - Blizzard Entertainment has just announced the first ever Blizzard Convention (dubbed, BlizzCon), set to take place in Orange County, California.  According to the press release, gamers will be able to play their favorite Blizzard games against friends, observe the best worldwide Starcraft and Warcraft III gamers compete against one another, as well as attend Q&A sessions with developers of World of Warcraft and Starcraft: Ghost.

The event will take place on October 28th and 29th, starting at 8am both days.  However, the venue has not yet been specified.  Stay tuned, or check out Blizzard's website for more information.
